By accessing or using ClickTech ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and merchants who access or use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time with notice provided via the Platform or email.

To use ClickTech, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent.
• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Not use the Platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Not attempt to access, modify, or interfere with the Platform's systems or data.
• Not reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of the Platform without written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conditions.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility.

• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised account access.
• One person may not maintain more than one active buyer account.
• We may verify your identity and may require additional documentation during registration or at any time thereafter.

All orders placed on ClickTech constitute a binding contract between you and the relevant merchant, facilitated by ClickTech.

• Prices displayed include VAT where applicable. Prices may change at any time prior to order confirmation.
• ClickTech reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, fraud suspicion, or stock unavailability.
• Payment must be completed at the time of order unless cash-on-delivery is selected and available for your location.
• Failed or disputed payments may result in order cancellation or account suspension.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, including weather, courier delays, and public holidays.

• ClickTech is not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery partners or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
• Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery. If an item is marked as delivered but not received, you must notify us within 48 hours.
• Delivery to remote areas may take longer or incur additional charges disclosed at checkout.

Merchants are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing. ClickTech does not warrant that listing content is entirely error-free.

If a product you receive differs materially from its listing, you are entitled to return it under our Refund Policy. ClickTech may remove listings that violate accuracy standards or platform guidelines.

All content on the ClickTech Platform — including logos, UI design, text, graphics, and software — is the property of ClickTech or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any ClickTech content without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClickTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

ClickTech acts as an intermediary marketplace and is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of products sold by third-party merchants.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
